چکیده
Genetic diversity evaluation in a breeding program is essential produce robust, resilient crop varieties with improved agronomic characteristics under environmental challenges the sustainable agro-ecosystems. Knowledge and full potential on impact of genotypes growing conditions flax yield traits still incomplete. The aim this study was to evaluated influence hydrothermal development important flax, analysed identified perspective for pre-breeding. Field investigations were carried out from 2014 2017 agronomically flax. In population Latvian origin 24 fibre ‘Vega 2’ (ST) as standard variety Lithuanian meteorological conditions. Correlation between years coefficients during growth period analysed. According results obtained that most significant higher plants stem yield, total plant height, technical number seed vessels per measured seasons high humidity. However, 1000 weight driest year. correlation content, seed-vessel, oil content humidity level differed dependence genotype. coefficient variability when compared yield. ‘S13/5-7/5-93’ exhibited more stable, highest (840.0 g m-2) (162.2 m-2). 80% samples short 20% medium vegetation period.

Investigation of Genetic Diversity and Relationships Among Agronomic Traits of Some Flax Genotypes
Extended Abstract Introduction and Objective: Flax (Linum usitatissimum L.) from the Linum genus and Linaceae family is one of the oldest oil products in the world. A natural population with sufficient genetic diversity is necessary to select the desired phenotypic traits, so the study of genetic diversity and the correct selection of essential tools is the main breed of plant. Agriculture fac...
متن کاملEstimating Breeding Value of Agronomic Traits in Oriental Tobacco Genotypes under Broomrape Stress and Normal Conditions
In a breeding program, it is important to find out information about the genes action, because knowledge in this field could help the researchers in their crossing programs and realizing effective selection. In this study, breeding values of different agronomic traits in oriental tobacco were predicted using the best linear unbiased prediction (BLUP) procedure. For this purpose, 89 tobacco geno...
